Not many spots are open on Saturday, and they were not only open, but were able to get me in last minute. They were able to reattach my rear view mirror to the windshield after a few different places couldn’t. They got me in and out in 20 minutes, and for a great price as well! Very pleased! After Safelite canceled our appointment at the last minute (after confirming by email, text and phone call!) Chicago Auto Glass saved the day with a same day windshield replacement! We were so relieved because it was the commuting car and we only could have it done on a Saturday due to work schedule. Buzz Inn restaurant was right next door so we got lunch while we waited. We have had our windshield for 1 vehicle put in here, and another vehicle checked out for windshield leaks. We spoke with Rudy on the phone and set up an appointment. When we arrived ,we called the number on the door, as requested. Rudy and 2 other men came out to take a quick look. We returned a couple of hours later to pick up the vehicle. Highly recommend this establishment! I called mid week to schedule a windshield replacement for the upcoming Saturday. They gave me an appointment, we dropped off our car bright and early, and came back several hours later to a new clear windshield. These guys were great! I was so impressed that the technician thought to cut out the "Good to Go" sticker off of our old windshield to save us the hassle of getting a new one. Very pleased! Less

You can't get a better deal and they can always work you in. Holiday thieves busted out my passenger side windows. Everybody I called that the insurance wanted me to call was two to three weeks out. Since I was going to pay anyway cuz my deductible was $500 I called Chicago and they'd be almost everybody by a hundred bucks and got me in the same day and was done within the hour! Schedule an appointment called and let him know I was running late they worked with me I showed up with a rolling chassis to get a window installed on a trailer it was raining out and instead of making me try to unload the truck and push it into their shop they made it happen outside in the rain can't speak highly enough of there work. These guys are great, very nice. They put a new windshield on my Escape said it would a hour to an hour & half. We day and waited. He was done in 40 minutes. They saved us almost $200. Theese guys did an amazing job with my dodge ram ,a smashed Back window out, and in with the new! The triple sealed one they put in was great at knocking down the road Noise and wind and now it's crystal clear , and nice and tinted as well I'm so happy with it and therye great service they knocked it out in less then A Hour! The other shops wanted it for a day and 800 for it, my family has been using this place for years and we are still going to, thanks guys! Less

Set up an appointment an days a head of time gave all the truck info. When I got there the person at the desk told me they didn't have a windo for my truck an would not have one for months. I was confuse because when I called and made the appointment I was told they had it. I was a bit supried being told they didn't have it. I was also told because I gave them the wrong info is why it was my fault. As I was standing there in his desk was his hand written not and my truck info. I do not recommend this company to any one any more. Less

My car window was smashed during a break-in in Seattle. After going through insurance, and various channels in and around the Seattle area, all the way to Everett, I couldn't find anyone to replace my driver front window in less than a month. Then I spoke to Rodolfo at Chicago Auto Glass, and he got me in the next day. He had even offered to get me in the same day, but couldn't get my glass on time. Even after ordering my glass, they had an issue, but Rodolfo called to inform me, and asked if they could use a used piece they were able to source. I gave the go ahead, and they installed it, and it looks great. Everything works, door panel is secure, nothing rattles, and my car is back to normal. The price was great for a new piece, and even better with a used piece. Rodolfo has alleviated a big sudden stressor in my life, and he handled it with care and professionalism. Less
